Your Right to Withdraw from the Contract
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract under certain conditions. A consumer is defined as a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
Information on Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you who is not the delivery person, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can do this either by mail or email. Our contact details are as follows:

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification. We will use the same payment method you originally used, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
The goods must be returned promptly, but no later than fourteen days after you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Conditions for Returns
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving them or exchange them for a different size. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for properly packaging the items. Additional postage and packaging costs may apply for exchanges.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as socks, wrist wraps, wrap knee sleeves, and lifting straps cannot be exchanged or returned once opened.
- Items must be in new condition, free of damage, defects, or missing parts, and, if possible, returned in their original packaging. Items may be tried on but not used for sports or similar activities. Dirty items will not be accepted. Additionally, tags (such as those on t-shirts) must not be removed; otherwise, an exchange will not be possible.
- Please ensure that you return the items in appropriate packaging, such as a box or padded envelope. If the goods arrive inadequately packaged or damaged during shipping, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse the refund or exchange.
- We are not liable for lost shipments. Therefore, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insuring the value of the package. For returns, we recommend using the Austrian Post through your nearest post office.
Defective Items
Our products undergo thorough quality control to ensure they meet the highest standards. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects.
If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@sbd-austria.at and provide your order number, name, and delivery address. Proof of purchase is required for any claims.
