3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the location and chosen shipping method. Typically, delivery within Austria takes 1-3 business days.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status online.

5. How can I return a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days of receipt. Detailed instructions are available on the returns page.

6. How do I return my items?

Package the item and bring the package to the shipping provider of your choice. You will bear the cost of return shipping.

7. I want to exchange an item, how can I do that?

If the item is still in its original condition (with tags, without marks), please return it to us in the original packaging along with a note indicating your exchange request and customer details. You bear the cost of return shipping, while SBD Austria covers the cost of shipping the new item to you.

8. When/how will my order be credited?

Returns are refunded upon receipt of the goods. Processing time is 1-2 business days. If you paid for your order in advance, we will need your bank details for the refund.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as the goods have not yet been shipped, both are possible. Please contact the SBD team directly at info@sbd-austria.at for this purpose.
